2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic U.S. & Canada): 3–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at additional cost).
- International Shipping (if applicable): 7–14 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, courier delays, or customs processing may affect actual delivery times.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
- International shipping may be available to select countries (contact our support team for details).
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions where shipping carriers cannot deliver.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- For shipments outside the U.S. and Canada, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
- Smart Ink Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Risk of Loss & Damages
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assist with a replacement or claim, as applicable.
8. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges.
